Wall bed hardware
Wall bed mechanisms & hardware, built like our frames.
HJF Metal supplies the B2B hardware behind wall beds (Murphy beds) — the lift systems, hinges and steel frames that make a folding bed safe to live with. Made in the same Longgang plant, with the same in-house welding and powder coating as our bed frames.
What we make
Gas-spring lift systems
Balanced piston hardware that lets a wall bed fold up and down without slamming. Supplied for both vertical and horizontal (side-mount) configurations.
Pivot & hinge hardware
The rotation points a folding bed turns on — machined to tolerance so the bed sits square year after year.
Locking & safety catches
Latches that hold the bed closed against the wall and release safely when opened.
Wall bed steel frames
The welded steel frame a mattress platform mounts to, in carbon-steel square or D-tube.
Mounting & fixing kits
Wall brackets, floor plates and the fixings that anchor a wall bed to a cabinet or a solid wall.
Custom mechanism parts
Non-standard brackets, arms or fittings cut and bent to your drawing.
