Knock-Down Bed Frames — Flat-Pack Manufacturer & Supplier
Built for ocean freight economics. Both series break down into flat components and ship from 0.06 m³ per carton — under half the volume of our fixed-frame series at the same mattress size. CZ1 is the general-purpose series at 12 slats with a 50 mm gap; CZ2 adds a reinforced structure and a 13th slat for heavier contract use.
CZ1 series
CZ1 Knock-Down Bed Frame
12 slats, fully knock-down, 50 mm slat gap. The smallest carton in the range at 0.06 m³ — the series to quote when freight, not unit price, decides the order.

13 slats with a reinforced knock-down structure — the same flat-pack shipping advantage at 0.06–0.08 m³, specified for heavier contract and hospitality duty.
