E-commerce & white-label
Bed frames for e-commerce and white-label fulfilment.
For online brands the frame is a parcel decision before it is a product decision. Flat-pack cartons, your branding, and a spec that repeats order after order.
What online sellers check
Parcel-friendly by design
Knock-down frames ship from 0.06–0.08 m³ per carton — a parcel class, not a pallet class, which is where the freight margin lives.
Flat-pack, fewer breakages
A frame that ships disassembled has far less to break in transit than one that arrives welded and boxed whole.
Instructions a customer follows
Bolted assembly with the tool set and an illustrated guide in the box — the difference between a five-star review and a support ticket.
Your brand on it
OEM and ODM: your logo, your colour reference, your packaging and inserts, to your drawing.
Which series fit
CZ1 Knock-Down Bed Frame
The general-purpose flat-pack series — the default for parcel and pallet fulfilment because of its 0.06–0.08 m³ carton.
CZ2 Knock-Down Bed Frame
The reinforced version for a heavier SKU or a market that expects more from a frame.
Slat Base
A 30 mm base that ships flat — an easy add-on or replacement SKU that drops into an existing surround.
